Ordering

Find the products which you require and select the add to cart button. Once all your required products have been added click check out. (The contents of your basket is saved whilst you browse the website)
If you already have bought from us before and have registered your details you can log in with your email and password and your information will already be there.
If you are a new customer click continue and complete the form with your card details,
billing information and shipping information (You can pay online with your debit or credit card)
You will receive a receipt via email for your payment and also an invoice stating the products you have bought. Once we have received the payment you will be sent an email confirming the delivery date of your product.

Shipping

ACS delivers to the UK and Ireland if you require a delivery to any other destination please contact us stating your destination. Delivery will normally be 3 - 5 working days from receipt of order and/or clearance of customer's payment in our bank. Goods may be subject to availability and may experience delay in delivery which is beyond (ACS) control. Delivery on all items is free.

Any transit damage noticed to the goods on receipt should be notified to (ACS) at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

If for any reason the product purchased from (ACS) should prove to be faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid, unless the product is repairable by our in house technicians. (excepting for original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Absolute Car Security, such costs will still be payable by the customer).

If goods are found to be faulty and not repairable by our own technicians and are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return, or an alternative exchange/replacement, like for like.

On return; In the event of damaged packaging to inner or outer packaging, a minimum 20% handling charge will be payable. Components or manuals found missing on return will be charged to the customer.

Goods claimed to be faulty and which, when tested by our inspection department are found to be operating properly, will be returned to the customer and will be subject to a handling charge and additionally will be subject to post/carriage costs of not less than £ 10.00 per item. Original order/reference number must be quoted with any return.

(ACS) will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by delay in delivery.
